OSU-PNU 2006

Tonight we went to see a dinner show called Fantasy at the Lotte Hotel, which is located near downtown Pusan. We had bibimbab for dinner (Dad, this is your favorite - the one with the raw egg on top. ;)) It was quite delicious, although we didn't have much time to finish eating before the performance began.

There were two parts to the show - Korean and Chinese. The Korean part included, among many, a drum performance and a traditional wedding ceremony. The Chinese part included several acrobatic performances along with ballet, ice skating, and (my favorite) the group bicycle.

The Korean dance costumes were very colorful (see pictures below). What most impressed me was the strength and coordination of the acrobats in the different poses and stunts, for example, climbing up a flight of stairs with one hand with another person balanced on you. Pretty amazing!
