Today we received an invitation to have lunch with Dr. Kim, one of the faculty members and director of the International Exchange Program at PNU and an OSU graduate, at her home. When we got there, we were all amazed at how beautiful her place is and the interesting things she's collected, including a large spoon collection. Dr. Kim prepared several dishes for us - bulgogi (meat with vegetables), mandu (fried dumplings), cucumber salad, fried potatoes with vegetables, chicken, and chop chae (rice noodles and vegetables). It all tasted very delicious.
